This course will provide education about the menopause, help you understand and recognise your symptoms and introduce you to mindfulness practice & strategies.

Begin to learn how to:

  • Recognise your own symptoms

  • Handle these symptoms with greater ease

  • Discover new approaches to managing your symptoms

  • Support yourself with mindful self-compassion each day

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism

  • Improve the quality of your life and identify future goals/dreams
